Overview
Please carefully read these terms and conditions before using our services. you must accept these terms completely and agree to comply with them before you come in for our cute nails or other services. Note that these conditions are a legal consensus between all users (including yourself) and Posh n Cute Nail & Beauty Salon (Also referred to as Posh And Cute, PoshnCute, We, Us, Our) as regards every stage of your interaction with our business, both on our website and in our store.
Performance
We at Posh n Cute will perform our treatments to the best of our ability. We will also do this by the stipulations of good workmanship. We will inform customers of any additional charges that they’ll need to pay if they change their treatment from the originally agreed one or request for additional treatment.
Arrival Time
We urge you to arrive at least ten minutes before the scheduled booking time. This is to give you enough time to go through all the necessary check-in processes like filling out forms, picking nail colors and discussing the nitty-gritty of what the session will entail. We always adhere promptly to appointments. Therefore, late arrivals may not be honored. If you arrive late, we reserve the right to perform a shortened version of the booked service in consideration of the next client and you will still have to pay the originally agreed price. We could also decide to reschedule your service for another date and time if it is more convenient.
Health conditions
You are required to inform us of any health conditions or allergies you may have before your appointment. This will allow us, among others, to adjust the treatment to ensure your and our safety.
Personal belongings
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate or offensive behavior towards our staff or other clients.
Promotions
We may offer promotions or discounts from time to time. These may have specific terms and conditions and may not be used in conjunction with other offers.
Cancellation of Appointment
If per adventure you’ll not be able to attend the booked appointment for your fake nails, you will be obligated to inform us at Posh n Cute as soon as possible. However, you should call or send an email to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment. If you do otherwise, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the full treatment price.
No Show
If you decide not to make an appearance for your appointment without informing us beforehand, we will request that you pay a full non-refundable deposit on your future bookings.
Duration of Sessions
Each service takes a different amount of time to get done. Though we have attached an estimated duration with each service on our website, keep in mind that it is merely for the sake of guidance. Our luxury nail treatment time may be shorter or longer depending on different factors ranging from the condition of your nails to the ability and speed of the technician attending to you.
Information
You will be required to fill us in on any important information before we start the treatments. Do let us know if you’re pregnant or have any allergies. Note also that eyebrows and tinting require a 48-hour patch test. As such, you’ll need to come into our salon to get this done before the tinting appointment.
Liability
If you provide wrong or incomplete information or fail to pass relevant and Important information concerning your health and allergies to us, we will not be liable for any damage caused as a result. We will also not take responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of the personal properties that customers bring to our nail shop.
Prices and Payment
Posh n Cute has provided a corresponding price for all the services offered. We reserve the right to change the prices of our treatments and products without any prior notice. However, if we do change prices, we will dutifully make it visible on our website and in our nail studio. All customers must pay immediately after receiving the service and you can pay in cash or use a credit card.
Conduct
We urge customers to maintain proper behavior during the entire duration of their stay in our nail salon. Disrespect and rudeness towards Posh n Cute staff will not be tolerated. If any of our customers repeatedly behave inappropriately, Posh n Cute maintains the right to stop the customer from gaining access into the salon and we will not be obligated to give any explanation for this. We also have the right to demand financial compensation from any customer who damages our equipment, furniture, or products.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about our product or treatment, you need to communicate it to us within five working days after you have discovered the fault. You can do this either by writing to us, sending a mail or by putting a phone call through to our nail shop. If the complaint is justified, we will send a response to you within five working days and may fix your acrylic nails or perform the agreed service again without charging any fee.
Refunds
Whatever purchases you make or services you undergo in Posh n Cute Nail & Beauty Salon are final and we will not be obligated to refund your payments for any reason.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our salon is located and registered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Amendment of Terms and Conditions
Posh n Cute reserves the full right to make amends on the Terms and Conditions whenever we consider it necessary without informing you first. Whatever changes we make, however, shall not negate the terms and conditions you agreed to upon booking an appointment with us using this website.
